Quotes and Orders

Quotes are based on the details provided, including artwork, quantities, materials, finishes, and timelines. Pricing and availability may change if project requirements or supplier costs change before an order is approved.

Artwork and Proof Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs, spelling, colors, dimensions, placement, and final order details before production. Production may begin after approval, and approved custom items may not be cancellable once work has started.

Timelines and Delivery

Turnaround estimates depend on proof approval, product availability, production schedule, and shipping or pickup requirements. We will communicate if a project timeline changes.
